Introducing Shane Cassidy, PE – Construction Manager

“Sprink Construction, the construction division of Comunale Properties, is excited to announce its newest hire, Shane Cassidy, PE as Construction Manager. In this capacity, Mr. Cassidy will help to oversee ground-up development and construction projects. Mr. Cassidy is a licensed Civil Engineer with over 9 years of engineering and construction experience. He brings a relevant and diversified skillset to the company’s vertically-integrated industrial real estate investment, development, construction and management platform.
