Central Connection Construction Complete
Comunale Properties (“Comunale”) has completed Central Connection, a 194,711-square-foot, two building Class A industrial development. Central Connection is a top tier addition to the active central Denver industrial submarket. The last-mile speculative project was delivered 43% pre-leased to Peloton, Epicurean Fine Foods and Outpost Construction.
The Colliers International team of T.J. Smith and Nick Rice are the leasing brokers for the project. “T.J. and Nick have done an excellent job marketing the project with strong tenant demand for the highly functional, last-mile space. We are looking forward to welcoming additional tenants to the project,” said Josh Heiney, Managing Director of Comunale Properties. Sprink Construction, a Comunale Properties company, is handling the tenant improvement build-outs at the project.
Central Connection was designed and built by longtime Comunale partners, Powers Brown Architecture and Alcorn Construction. “The Central Connection development has been an excellent continuation of our partnership with Powers Brown and Alcorn Construction. The challenge of developing infill sites requires a cohesive, quality team, and we could not be happier with the result. The successful completion speaks to our relationship driven approach to development,” said John Comunale, President of Comunale Properties.
